To find out more visit our website at **.****About the role**MSS Security is seeking a professional Concierge Security Officer to serve as the first point of contact, delivering high-quality customer service to our client and visitors. This position involves working Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).**Job Responsibilities:*** Serve as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, assisting with general inquiries and directions.* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients and visitors feel welcomed and supported.* Engage with the public and clients in a courteous and professional manner.* Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain security and safety across the premises.**Ideal candidates will have:*** Excellent communication skills and the ability to report incidents clearly and accurately.* Confidence to engage with the public and clients.* A strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality service.**Requirements:*** Must be an **Australian Citizen.*** Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher) and a valid Tasmanian Security Licence.* Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain).* Working With Vulnerable People Check.* Willing to undergo and pass a National Criminal Police Check.**Master Licence Number:** 5784## **How to apply**MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
