As our Concession Manager, you will play a significant role within the business. As part of our team, you will be responsible for looking after the day-to-day operations within the concession, leading and inspiring a team of like-minded individuals that share the love for fashion. You will be responsible for driving sales and achieving KPI results within the concession, and training and developing a team of future stylists. About the role Manage, monitor, and drive sales to enhance store targets and maximize profitability within the concession. Ability to review your sales and stock sell through report, analyze what has impacted your store results and work with Operations on future actions Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results Mentor, engage and coach your team to allow growth, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps; through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment to give things a go themselves Lead and inspire the team to dig deep, love what they do and be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy Priorities team members wellbeing and mental health – ensuring they are healthy, taking time to recharge and to talk about how they are feeling About you You will have a genuine love and understanding of our brand The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets Sound knowledge and proven success in retail ops including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, shrinkage etc Store Management experience in a premium or high-end boutique with a minimum of 2 years Management experience Must have full Australian working rights Why join us?
