As a Community Nurse, you'll provide client-focused nursing care to people living with a disability, chronic illness, or those in need of post-hospital support. No two days are the same—you might be supporting someone with medication management in the morning, completing wound care in the afternoon, or assisting with health assessments and patient education at their home or in the community. This is a rewarding and varied role, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and truly cares about the wellbeing of others. To Be Considered, You Must Have Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)A reliable, fully insured vehicle and valid Australian driver’s licence Current police check (within the last 6 months) or international police check if applicable Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates (current)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive and empathetic approach to care The ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and stay calm in challenging situations The legal right to live and work in Australia An advantage if you have: Previous community nursing or disability sector experience Training in wound care, catheter care, or PEG feeding Knowledge of NDIS processes and documentation If you are committed to delivering person-centred care, have strong clinical skills, and want to be part of a supportive and dedicated team—we want to hear from you!Please submit your Resume and a Cover Letter and click the APPLY button to upload your application.
