Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take charge of the financial performance of the business by overseeing the accounting operations, co-ordinating budgets and forecasts, prepare financial statements and collaborate with senior management to ensure best practice. The most important part of this exciting role however is the ability to oversee the entire business and to cultivate relationships to drive business performance and growth. You will have previous expertise in developing and executing strategic plans and working alongside senior management to analyse and interpret data that supports the overall performance of the organisation. Based in the South East suburbs, this role will require you to be in the office or at the project site, 5 days per week.
