About the role

Due to the growth of our Contact Centre platform, we are seeking a Genesys or Salesforce Cloud Engineer to join our Contact Centre technology team in Surry Hills, Sydney, to help drive our strategy and help deliver several different key initiatives.

The role's primary function will be to support the enabling technology team as a Cloud Engineer.

Design/Define Application and Solution architecture for contact centre solutions
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, internal to and External partners
Work with a wide range of technologies including Cloud infrastructure, Contact Centre applications such as Genesys Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Verint Cloud and SAP C4C CRM.
Work with development teams and 3rd parties to implement the chosen solution, provide guidance and advice
Take the lead and work with support partners to resolve production issues.
Knowledge in Genesys Cloud, i.e., assist in configuring and support new Contact centre desks, IVR changes, Routing strategies, etc
Genesys Cloud Developer Certified
Very good understanding of the API uses in both Genesys and Verint Cloud Environments.
The following technical skills is a must have:
Experience in leading Contact Centre technology environment
Development experience in Genesys Cloud OR Salesforce.
Experience with cloud solutions such as Azure / AWS
Experience in Salesforce CRM integration
Experience working with key Telco Carriage Providers, BOTs and Smart IVR's.
