Mental Health Services include Child and Adolescent, Adult, and Older Adult services in both bed-based and community-based settings. Mental Health Services are currently being improved alongside an expansion in theatres, a new ICU, larger and contemporary women’s and children’s units, and more inpatient beds. The Job As Director, you will lead major operational improvement and continual improvement projects across the psychiatry division and the wider organisation. You will ensure the successful achievement of strategic, financial, and performance goals and lead service developments, and quality and efficiency improvements.
