As the Client Manager, you will lead and drive effective relationship management for GB’s client accounts, and play a pivotal role in retaining and growing our business.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will deliver sustainable business outcomes through the promotion of best-in-class customer support, service and strategic initiatives.

This role provides a unique opportunity to join at a time of continued growth as a recent re-entrant as a Claims Service Provider to the Scheme in addition to our already established self insurance offering, growing your career in an exciting direction!


How you'll make an impact

  • Manage day to day relationships with clients, providing troubleshooting support and assisting with their performance;
  • Provide education to clients about processes, how to make improvements and advice on legislation;
  • Proactively manage relationships with clients, establishing and implementing service plans and engagement levels, analyzing industry and client trends and proactively tailoring services to meet clients' requirements;
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal business stakeholders who support the delivery of service to clients;
  • Analyse claims trends, claims costs and conduct analyses to assist clients with improving and implementing processes and procedures;
  • Educate claims on compliant claims management and strategic solutions in line with industry codes, jurisdictions, legislation and/or Codes of Practice;
  • Leverage client relationships to create new business opportunities, and identify cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio;
  • Proactively undertake regular contact with clients to review service priorities, business changes and reporting which is also recorded within Salesforce.

About you

  • Significant experience in Client, Customer, Relationship or Account Management within the claims, workers compensation or broking industries is essential;
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation;
  • A strategic mindset and approach;
  • Previous experience using Salesforce would be highly regarded;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Effective coaching ability;
  • A strong sense of team and collaboration;
  • A resilient attitude.
