Client Administrator
Aon is looking for someone who is keen to kick start or grow their insurance career. You will assist our Senior Brokers with a variety of client tasks along with reception and office administration work. This is an entry-level role and ideal for school leavers, graduates, administration and/or customer service professionals. We will train you on the job!
What the day will look like:

End to end insurance renewal process
Endorsements
Preparation of insurance quotation & placement slips
Processing motor vehicle claims
Submitting reports
Speaking to our clients on the telephone
Correspondence and general office duties

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
This position will suit someone with the following experience:

Strong administration skills and customer service focus
Excellent time management skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Insurance Industry or Financial Services experience or a passion to work in the industry
