Recently securing long-term contracts commencing early 2025 across the Southwest Region. Title: Civil Supervisor Location: Bunbury – Southwest region Salary: A$140,000 – A$150,000 + Vehicle + Super Civil projects across the southwest region with a strong pipeline of works Well established local Civil Contractor Be part of a family workforce with ample support to fulfil your role Responsibilities: Providing end to end Supervision for civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards Developing and implementing project plans, schedules and budgets to monitor and track project progress Lead and manage site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of operations Liaising with clients, stakeholders and sub-contractors to co-ordinate project activities Trouble shooting and formulating solutions for any challenges on site Overseeing the work of contractors and employees to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status to the Senior Management Team Commitment to completing all inductions and training as required To be considered for the role: Proven track record of Supervision in the Civil Industry delivering projects on time and within budget Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Civil Engineering or Contract Management degree (preferable)Reside in the Southwest or be open to relocation for this role White / Blue construction card Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening Does this sound like you or someone you know?
