Requirement for a Citrix Engineer for an exciting contract opportunity. The position will join the End User Services team to provide technical support to staff and customers, assist in developing solutions for Whole of Government identified issues and participate in assigned project work. You will develop and support the Citrix platform. Role specifics:• Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain baseline clearance.• Canberra, ACT.• 3-month contract with extension options.• Competitive hourly rate.Duties:• Day-to-day management and support of a Citrix Presentation Server farm including the application Development and Test environments.• Provide ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the health of the Citrix server environment including load balancing, publishing/un-publishing of applications.• Perform Citrix patch evaluation, testing and implementation for Citrix Presentation Manager and Windows Server 2008, 2016, 2019, 2022.• Undertake break-fix work and user technical support on the Citrix platform.Demonstrated experience:• Managing and supporting a Citrix Presentation Server farm (V4 and above) including Citrix application Development and Test environments.• Monitoring and maintaining the health of the Citrix Presentation Server farm environment including load balancing and the publishing/un-publishing of applications.• In Citrix patch evaluation, testing and implementation for Citrix Presentation Manager and Windows Server 2008, 2016, 2019, 2022.
