As the friendly face of the practice, you'll welcome our practice members, keep the day running smoothly, and provide reliable support to the Chiropractor while helping create an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through the door.

What You'll Do
Welcome and connect with practice members in a warm and professional way
Manage bookings, payments, communications, and daily office operations
Support the Chiropractor to deliver a seamless practice experience
Keep the practice clean, organised, efficient, and full of positive energy
Help coordinate and attend community events to support practice growth
Who You Are
Experienced in admin, reception, or customer service (1+ years preferred)
Confident, engaging, and naturally great with people
Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
Health-minded and passionate about wellness
A positive team player who takes pride in their role
The Details
Casual role: approx. 10-15 hours per week across our Casuarina and Palmerston practices
Opportunity for additional hours in the coming months
Participation in virtual company trainings and meetings
Occasional weekend availability for community events
Training provided within a supportive, health-focused team
