Salary: $76,515 + Superannuation (Depending on experience and skills)
Employment Type: Full-time (38 HOURS/W)

Shiraz Persian Restaurant + Bar is a well-established Restaurant known for its exceptional Persian food and outstanding service. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to restaurant standards.
Develop menus and create new recipes based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage budget and finance, inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Maintain high standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
