Are you passionate about promoting safety and wellbeing for families? Join Cafs, a values-driven organisation as our Men's Behaviour Change Facilitator. This role sits within our Family Safety Team. The role is responsible for providing support to men undertaking the program, while working to ensure the safety and welfare of affected family members.
About You
We are looking for a motivated, values-driven individual with experience working in the Child and Family sector. The ideal candidate will thrive working both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Skills & Attributes Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent
Demonstrated experience working with men who use violence.
Ability to support initiatives that create a safe and equitable workplace and culture in which differences are valued
Contribute to work discussions demonstrating active listening, empathy and social awareness.

Cafs (Child and Family Services Ballarat) is an independent community service organisation based in Ballarat for over 160 years. We provide over 50 programs across a range of service areas providing care for clients within communities across the central highland region.
