ASPIRE OSHC is an Outside School Hours Care provider offering before, after school care, and vacation care. ASPIRE OSHC is a Child Safe Organisation. Our programs provide children with a safe, enjoyable, and supervised space for learning, playing, and making friends while parents are away for work or other commitments.
We offer children opportunities to grow and develop as confident individuals by exploring their world through stimulating and challenging play. When planning our programs, we personalize activities based on strengths and interests while encouraging the growth of relationships and interactions to support all children in developing a sense of belonging, being, and becoming.

The Service Manager will ensure the effective management of the day-to-day running of the Aspire OSHC Program, making certain that all children attending receive optimal care at all times, focusing on a safe and secure environment delivered through a structured, well-balanced program.
Essential:

Paid Working with Children Check
Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025)
Experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director, and/or Senior Educator
Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP)

Preferred: Have or working towards:

Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
Cert IV in School Age Education and Care
