We're looking for a Café Manager to lead our breakfast offering Wednesday to Sunday, someone who thrives in the rhythm of morning service and knows how to turn a café into a place people return to again and again.
You'll be supported by a strong kitchen team, experienced venue leadership, and a precinct that already knows how to host people well. What we need is someone who can bring the energy, the systems, and the leadership to make mornings at Rosa's a Canberra favourite.

Work closely with the kitchen to build a strong breakfast and daytime offering.
Oversee daily café operations, service standards and team leadership.
Help grow our grab-and-go and daytime trade.
