As one of the key commercial faces of SST, you will support engagementacross industry, government, and employment services to grow traineeshipenrolments and strengthen our position as a trusted national training partner.

Key Responsibilities Grow traineeship enrolmentsacross NSW and nationally through proactive employer and stakeholderengagement.
Develop and manage a strongrevenue pipeline by identifying opportunities with employers, Apprentice Connect Australia Providers, GTO's, Local and State Government, and Industry Bodies.
Build strategic partnershipsacross key sectors including aged care, disability, health, communityservices, and customer service.
Support marketing campaigns andrepresent SST at industry events, employer meetings, government briefings,and networking opportunities to lift brand presence.
Monitor performance and forecastrevenue, contributing to monthly and quarterly commercial reporting.
Collaborate with our Training Facilitation and Compliance teams to ensure high-quality delivery andexceptional employer experience.
What You Bring Experience in a people-facingrole such as Retail, business development, account management, stakeholderengagement, recruitment, employment services, or customer success(experience in training/traineeships is helpful but not essential).
A genuine interest in helpingemployers and learners succeed, and the confidence to start conversationsand build rapport quickly.
Strong communication,presentation, and relationship-building skills, you're approachable,clear, and professional.
A proactive, organised style youcan follow up, stay on top of actions, and keep momentum moving.
An interest in (or willingness tolearn) VET/traineeship pathways and funding models such as NSW Smart &Skilled, ACT User Choice, SA Work Ready, and national traineeshipframeworks.
Relevant tertiary qualificationin Business, HR, Education, Community Services, or a related field(desirable).
