What You'll Be Doing
You won't just be ticking boxes. You'll be the engine room of our sites, ensuring our 30-year reputation for excellence is upheld across:
Diverse Projects: Managing everything from bespoke single dwellings to 2-30 unit townhouse developments.
Trade Management : Leading and coordinating our loyal base of local sub-contractors.
Quality & Safety: Maintaining rigorous standards of workmanship and OHS compliance.
Programming: Staying ahead of the schedule, identifying roadblocks before they happen, and keeping projects on track.
Client Liaison : Providing professional updates to stakeholders and ensuring the handover experience is seamless.
What We're Looking For
Residential Expertise: You have a solid track record in residential construction, specifically with multi-unit developments (townhouses/villas).
Technical Knowledge: You have "dirt under the fingernails" experience-you understand the bones of a building and can solve technical issues on the fly.
Leadership: You know how to motivate trades, manage personalities, and keep a site disciplined but fair.
Local Pride: You live in or near the Illawarra and take pride in seeing your work shape the local landscape.
Qualifications: A trade background (Carpentry preferred) and a current Supervisor Certificate or Builder's License.
