This rewarding permanent full-time role is based in Bundaberg and is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and reliable Brewery Technician to join our Production team. The role of a Brewery Technician is to operate various types of equipment, or to produce various products in accordance with company procedures. You will need to have: High Risk Licence / Forklift Licence (at least 3 years demonstrated experience)Ability to complete rotational shift work. (Days, Afternoons, Nights)Commercial food handling knowledge (HACCAP). Previous experience in a factory environment, food processing, quality control and machine operations Be physically fit and enjoy a physical role. Have a high level of attention to detail. Be able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Have a strong safety focus. Have good communication skills and be able to read and write clearly. Be a fast learner with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Be punctual with a great work ethic. Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices & WHS Procedures. Demonstrate a strong, previously reliable work history.
