We’re looking for a Brand & Growth Marketing Lead to shape how our brands connect with customers. This role is about energy, clarity, and execution. You’ll lead campaigns, content, and brand direction across multiple channels and help bring momentum to everything we put into the market.

You’ll report directly to the founders, collaborate with a tight-knit internal team and trusted external partners, and be given real freedom to lead. There’s room here to help shape the direction of the business itself. With the right passion and focus, this could be more than a role. For the right person, it has the potential to be genuinely life changing.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead brand and content strategy across our portfolio, helping define and deliver on each brand’s growth goals
• Own the planning and execution of content across web, email, organic social, SMS, and paid channels
• Collaborate with internal creators, ambassadors, freelancers, and UGC partners to deliver campaigns and everyday content
• Use performance insights to refine messaging and creative direction across platforms
• Work closely with the Social & Community Growth Coordinator to align content with social strategy and engagement
• Stay close to product, e Commerce, and operations to ensure content supports launches, trade moments, and retention
• Use tools like Notion, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva to get things done fast and done well
