About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and engaging Food & Beverage Attendant with a flair for bartending to join our team! As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service, creating memorable dining and drinking experiences, and building strong relationships with guests.
Whether you're shaking up cocktails, recommending a wine pairing, or connecting with guests with your natural charisma, you'll play an essential role in bringing our bar concepts to life.
Some of the responsibilities include: To be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel Engage and connect with guests, making them feel welcomed with your outgoing personality and ease of conversation Following international and local Bar and Drink trends Closely follow and complete opening and closing procedures and check lists A successful candidate will have: Current Food & Beverage experience in hotel environment or similar fast-paced environment A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate The ability to create a positive first impression The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Mixologist / cocktail bar background Wine knowledge highly advantageous A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
