Responsibilities:
- Being part of setting up an exciting new bar
- Creating inventive and creative cocktail and bar menus for all outlets
- Overseeing daily bar operations while ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with Marketing to launch Perth's Epic Bar
- Boosting bar performance and precisely analysing sales and beverage costs
- Staying in tune with the current mixology trend to drive revenue
- Crafting memorable moments for our guests and teams
About You:
- Certified Approved Manager (or willingness to obtain) with a knack for cocktails, wines, spirits, and mixology expertise
- Proven bar management or supervisory experience in vibrant, high-energy settings
- Outstanding leadership abilities to combine creativity with a focus on revenue
- Sharp commercial interest to drive the outlet's financial success
- Hospitality enthusiast, trend-savvy, and a pro at launching new initiatives
