Our client is a top 20 law firm. They consistently top the legal tables for all of their practice areas, and in particular their banking & finance team. Clients include ASX-listed companies, Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and companies focusing on emerging technologies. You will be assisting clients from a broad range of industry sectors.

Due to growth, our client is looking to recruit a talented and ambitious banking & finance lawyer with at least 2 years plus post admission experience. You will work on some of the most complex and interesting transactions in the Asia Pacific region.

You will work in a collaborative team environment and on a wide variety of transactions such as property finance, leverage finance, corporate finance, and acquisition finance.

About You

The ideal candidate for this Banking & Finance Lawyer/Associate role will have:

• at least 2 years plus pae banking & finance experience gained from a well-regarded firm or in-house environment
• our client is open to sponsorship for foreign qualified lawyers from common law countries
• strong technical skills
• excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills
• a hunger to learn and develop their skill set
• drive, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude
