Role Overview We are seeking applications for the following roles: Assistant Manager / Executive – Valuations Salary Range: $79,650 + Super + Bonus to $94,170 + Super + Bonus Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality valuation work. Support clients with technical and commercial valuation requirements. Manage valuation analysis, research, and report writing. Assist in business development activities, including proposals and client responses. Support junior team members’ development. Participate in meetings and site inspections. Prioritize responsibilities and collaborate with stakeholders. Contribute to multiple projects, including business development. Develop valuation models, analyze financial statements and forecasts, and prepare benchmarking data. Assist with engagement management tasks. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or related field. CA or CFA preferred for business valuations; CPV accreditation for plant & equipment valuations. Big Four experience is advantageous but not essential. Ability to travel within Australia. Strong Excel and Power Point skills; experience with research tools like Capital IQ preferred. Experience with data analytics software is a plus. For Assistant Manager: at least 3 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in valuation; for Executive: at least 1 year valuation experience.
