A leading Australian HVAC contractor with over 50 years of experience, specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems for major industrial projects across Australia. They have a healthy pipeline of work in Sydney with projects ranging up to $15m mechanical value.What your day looks like:
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and allocate resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and maintain clear communication.
- Ensure site safety practices are upheld, including adherence to safety regulations and conducting risk assessments.
- 5+ years HVAC Site Management experience in Australia
- Experience managing industrial and commercial projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Great communication and relationship building skills with builders and subcontractors
- Great organisational skills with the ability to lead and motivate site teams
- Remuneration based on skills and experience - up to $135k plus super
- Fully maintained company vehicle
