Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the end-to-end design process across multiple commercial projects. Ensure alignment of design outcomes with client requirements, regulatory standards, and project timelines. Drive innovation and efficiency in design, fostering collaboration between consultants, engineers, and project teams. Monitor and report on design progress, managing risks and resolving issues as they arise. Contribute to project planning and design programming to ensure smooth delivery. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum 10+ years of Design Management experience, ideally within Tier 1/2 commercial construction. A strong portfolio of complex, high-value projects delivered successfully. Deep understanding of project design lifecycle and the ability to develop and manage detailed design programs. Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field. Exceptional communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
