About the Role As a Senior/Principal ESD Consultant, you will be responsible for providing sustainable design solutions to clients across a range of Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects, including residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare buildings. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sustainable design strategies for new and existing buildings Provide advice on green building certifications, including LEED, Green Star, and NABERS Conduct energy modeling and analysis using software tools such as IES Prepare sustainability reports, presentations, and proposals for clients Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure sustainability goals are achieved Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainable design Lead, guide and mentor a junior team About You 5 years' experience in sustainable design consulting Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering or related field Green Star/NABERS/NatHERS Accredited Experience with LEED/WELL/BESS highly regarded Strong knowledge of sustainable building design, construction, and operation Experience with energy modeling and analysis software, such as IES or DesignBuilder Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment To apply, submit your CV today, otherwise please feel free to reach out to me at ktruongpgrec.au for a confidential chat
