UGL has a newly created position for an experienced ODM Design Team Lead with expertise in NBN On Demand projects to join our team. This role is designed to bring our design function in-house, providing critical coordination with our design partners and reporting directly to the Operations Support Manager. This opportunity can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all design aspects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are adhered to. Coordinating closely with external design partners to achieve seamless project integration. Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to convey project progress and address challenges. Proactively manage resources to ensure efficient and timely project delivery. About You Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of NBN architecture and design requirements. Proficiency in using Map Info, other design software, and the Office 365 Suite. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar. Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage complex tasks and projects independently.
