Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sydney Director and other team members on a range of projects
• Lead client meetings and consultant teams
• Contribute to design and design development of projects
• Mentor and develop younger staff in the team
• Possible regional travel within Australia
• Provide construction advice to less experienced team members

Skills and Experience

• Qualified architect with experience through all stages
• Ideally, experience should include some urban design and commercial and apartment projects
• Experience leading projects ideally gained in a large practice
• Design thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
