Our client, Winslow Constructors Pty Ltd, is currently seeking qualified and experienced Diesel Motor Mechanics to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals with a solid background in servicing and maintaining heavy plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect heavy plant and mechanical/electrical components to accurately diagnose issues
2. Troubleshoot and repair heavy plant computer and electronic systems
3. Perform routine maintenance including fluid changes and part lubrication
4. Conduct component overhauls and replace broken or worn-out parts
5. Perform diagnostic checks and accurately record maintenance logs
6. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
7. Adhere to all workplace health and safety guidelines
8. Carry out on-site field service repairs as required

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
2. Relevant Trade Qualification
3. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
4. Experience with heavy vehicles, plant, or construction equipment
5. Good communication and teamwork skills
6. Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
