Senior Structural Engineer (Brisbane, QLD)
Are you a Senior Structural Engineer with a passion for shaping the skylines of tomorrow? Our client is a renowned engineering design consultancy with a reputation for delivering innovative projects within the structural, façade, civil, environmental, and water sectors. They are seeking an exceptional talent to join their team and work on impactful projects.
Position:

Lead structural engineering projects with a focus on steel and concrete, contributing to the development of iconic structures.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, harnessing their potential and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Play a pivotal role in the innovative design and structural analysis of multi-level buildings, ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will be / possess:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, specializing in structural engineering or a related field, from a recognized institution.
8 - 12 years of proven experience in structural engineering.
Proven track record working with steel, reinforced concrete, and post-tensioned concrete in multi-level buildings, education, commercial, and healthcare projects.
Obtained or working towards CPEng status preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis, showcasing the ability to solve complex engineering challenges with precision and creativity.
Advanced knowledge of relevant engineering software and tools such as ETABS, Space Gass, RAM Concept, RAPT, Strand 7, and Inducta software.
A track record of successfully mentoring and developing junior engineers.
Effective communication skills, empowering you to collaborate with cross-discipline teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
