Were building a high-growth health-tech platform combining AI, personalization, and digital twin technology and were looking for a sharp, experienced Xano agency that can help us move fast and push technical boundaries.
We want handson experts who have done this many times, know their stuff, and can build efficient products! And for the right person/team, we have a long list to work on together!
What We Need

Specializes in Xano and knows how to get the most out of its ecosystem
Has experience delivering production-level systems, not just MVPs or hobby projects
Can extend or work around Xano limitations to meet advanced product needs
Is familiar with complex data relationships, dynamic auth systems, and scalable architectures
Works well as a thought partner, not just a task executor
What Youll Be Working On
Designing and implementing custom Xano APIs for real-time, high-performance use cases
Managing complex logic with Edge Functions, policies, and DB triggers
Collaborating with our in-house product + AI teams to bring new features to life quickly
Helping us plan and scale backend architecture as we grow across users and geographies
Identifying smart workarounds or integrations when Xano doesnt support something natively

Project Details
Engagement: Full time 40 hrs/week
Timeline: Ready to start immediately
Location: Remote / async-friendly. Do you live in GMT+5-GMT+7 = do not apply. We live in opposite timezones to you, so its too tricky to book professional calls!
