Fusion5 is experiencing exciting growth and is expanding what is already one of the largest Dynamics 365 CE teams in Australia. We seek a talented and engaging Principal Consultant to support our ongoing growth.

This role is based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. We need someone who enjoys engaging with customers, listening to their needs and pain points, and using insights to design solutions that truly meet their requirements. It’s a unique opportunity to architect and sell solutions that drive real change in our customers’ businesses.

The role is demanding; we need a strong player who:

• Has experience working in a professional services environment
• Is engaging and able to lead customers and mentor team members
• Can work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicting priorities, and adapt to change
• Has a can-do attitude, team spirit, and a drive to get things done
• Has strong demonstrable experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

We are looking for energetic candidates who:

• Have 3–5 years minimum experience in a similar client-facing role
• Can communicate effectively at all levels
• Can address and rationalize application issues and understand supporting technologies
• Can perform business analyst functions, including workshops, user stories, and design documentation
• Can configure Dynamics 365 CE at an intermediate to expert level, including form customizations, workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps
