That’s the kind of business I want to work for.”The Opportunity As our permanent, full time Human Resources Business Partner, based in our Brisbane CBD office, with a hybrid working structure, you’ll support our progressive and authentic firm as we right wrong. Reporting to the HR Manager, and as part of a broader team of friendly, collaborative Human Resources professionals, you’ll engage, influence and partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational support across the employee lifecycle for your client group. You’ll work closely with your partner group to facilitate their people objectives, via scoping their needs, and then proactively developing and aligning people strategies to Shine’s overall business strategy. You’ll play a key role in a variety of people initiatives, including our retention, remuneration and recognition frameworks, and a variety of other projects, to drive engagement, enhance capability and support development. Your personable, friendly nature will ensure that our people feel supported in their journey, whilst establishing key skills for their success at Shine and providing guidance on complex issues. Here’s how you’ll help us stay ahead of the pack: Develop collaborative partnerships across your client groups to deliver value-added service to managers, team members and colleagues Partner with leaders to develop and implement their people plans in a practical, efficient, and sustainable way Coach our managers to develop culture, capability and a highly engaged and effective workforce Lead the day to day delivery of advice, coaching and support on people matters and formal HR activities for your client group Collaborate in investigations and ER processes, providing recommendations to mitigate future risks Maintain and utilise relevant data to identify trends recommend and implement solutions for people challenges Scope, develop and facilitate team effectiveness, engagement and other workshops with leaders and employees Anticipate and address business developments, opportunities and threats relating to your client group, and the potential impact on workplace culture Apply business acumen to influence stakeholders and facilitate open and constructive dialogue regarding transformation and change What you’ll bring. Demonstrated success in a Senior Advisor or Business Partner role, ideally in a professional services environment. Strong ability to multitask, manage and prioritise multiple stakeholders, requests and initiatives simultaneously. A focus on client service, and experience partnering with and influencing leaders in your client group. Proficient knowledge and practical application of current HR and ER principles, trends and frameworks. Excellent written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail Experience and skills in research, development, implementation and management of transformation and change processes.
