We are looking for a MEP Cadet or recently graduated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Brisbane Team! Our ideal candidate will have a keen interest in MEP services estimating and a positive approach to service delivery. The MEP Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out and delivering both pre and post contract estimating duties, including but not limited to: Project estimates for the various phases of a project Cost control – planning, forecasting and estimation Value management associated with mechanical services Benchmarking analysis associated with mechanical services Post contract services, including assessment of progress claims and assessment of contract variations.
