About the role:
- Various rosters on offer - 5/2, 7/7 & 8/6
- Full-time positions
- Day shift only, home every night
- Superannuation paid on all hours worked
- Modern State of the Art Local Workshop
Role duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively manage auto electrical workforce and apprentice auto electricians.
- Manage projects on a day-to-day basis to maximize efficiencies.
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Contribute to skills development of apprentices and ensure effective knowledge and skills transfer to less experienced tradesmen.
- Oversee the quality assurance and control of auto electrical work.
- Liaise with the senior leadership team on the day-to-day running of the auto electrical department.
Successful applicants must have:
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Aircon ticket and current Refrigerant Handling License.
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated Experience with UG Mining Equipment - Sandvik, Cat, Atlas Copco, Komatsu
- Proven breakdown/fault finding experience.
- Ability to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workload.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical.
- Current National police clearance
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Live within 60km of Pinjarra
