A leading energy development organization is seeking a technically proficient and driven Senior Project Engineer to support the advancement of complex upstream infrastructure projects. This position plays a key role in early-phase project planning and technical integration, offering exposure to multi-disciplinary teams and high-impact project work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate engineering deliverables to support the progression of project design stages.
2. Act as a technical focal point, facilitating collaboration between internal stakeholders, regulatory teams, and external contractors.
3. Manage engineering inputs for project documentation and planning, ensuring timely readiness for major project milestones.
4. Support development of technical scopes, interface coordination, and pre-contractual tender processes.
5. Contribute to project assurance, design validation, and risk management activities.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in mechanical, subsea, or marine disciplines.
2. Minimum of 15 years' experience in upstream oil & gas project engineering, including subsea and pipeline systems.
3. Proven track record delivering large-scale offshore developments, from early-stage engineering to execution.
4. Strong knowledge of stage-gated project processes and experience working with technical consultants and engineering contractors.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including vendor and JV interface experience.
6. Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence.
