• Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in surface mining, earthworks, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
