About The Role – M365 Architect We are seeking a M365 Architect who is passionate and curious about the Microsoft stack and enhancing business productivity through the convergence of people and technology. As a M365 Architect, you will be responsible for: Designing and implementing M365 solutions for our clients, including a proven track record of designing Microsoft solutions based on experience blended with best practices including networking, security, privacy, cybersecurity, resource management, monitoring, and cost management considerations. Share Point solution design covering both administration and development capabilities. Expert Power Shell user with experience in SPFx Framework for Share Point Online development using languages such as Type Script, React JS, Pn P Framework, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JSON, REST. Development of a user-friendly intranet and related protocols, procedures, and training materials. Analysis of an organisation's needs to design and implement solutions in the Share Point environment. Integrating Share Point with other software systems and platforms. Defining how data will be stored, archived, managed, and organised in Share Point. Governance of access & data to prevent data loss. Promoting a digital-first culture by delivering high-quality information products that streamline core business practices and meet compliance requirements. Ensuring that cybersecurity measures are integrated into all solutions and products. Developing and maintaining information architecture frameworks. Providing architecture and security assurance across our solution designs and implementations. Supporting our teams with technical leadership and advice, insights, and capability uplift. Your expertise will help us ensure that we deliver leading value-driven solutions that are scalable and secure. About You We would love to hear from you if you have:6+ years’ business or consulting experience.6+ years’ experience in advanced administration or preferably with the design of Microsoft productivity and modern work solutions. The ability to interpret technical & business requirements and translate them into technical solutions & architectures. Strong troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across diverse end-user scenarios. Experience of information management frameworks. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices. Strong understanding of identity management. Proficiency in relevant programming languages and cloud technologies. Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools. The ability to think "outside the box". Excellent time management and organisational skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication & collaboration skills. Ability to lead and manage engagements through to the delivery of business value. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or Solutions Architect with a strong understanding of the Microsoft Azure platform. Relevant Microsoft certifications.
