About the role: Lead end-to-end business analysis throughout project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Manage requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design. Identify and implement process improvements using automation, system optimisation, and innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency and business value. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, translate insights into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. Oversee system testing, training, and change management to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solutions.
