The Head of Information Technology (IT) holds a crucial position as it contributes to various areas and helps foster success in areas such as: Strategy: Shape NEPEAN's future technology capability and framework. Execution: Own and support the business by successfully delivering key IT projects. Culture: Work collaboratively with global key stakeholders. Structure: Ensure the cybersecurity and compliance of our technology architecture and systems environment remains strong. Innovation: Identify and leverage opportunities for technology to drive business’ decisive advantage. Leadership: Lead, grow, and mentor an energetic IT team. Contribute to overall organisational leadership as a part of the Senior Leadership Team. Other key responsibilities include: Own the global IT function by providing end-to-end management of our technology infrastructure and services. Manage external vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective solutions and compliance with service-level agreements. Manage the budget for the IT function. Regular domestic and international travel to NEPEAN sites where required. About You You will be: An Experienced Leader: With a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, and 10+ years of IT leadership experience, you have a strong track record in global IT management. Technical Expert: Experience in business application project delivery & management, preferably Microsoft Share Point Online, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft D365. Project Management Guru: Including exposure in identifying and managing project issues, risks, and dependencies. Strategic Thinker: You can solve complex problems and manage resources effectively. Strong Communicator: With great interpersonal skills, an energetic persona, and a strong desire to propel your career.
