Demonstrated expertise in leading the design, development, and implementation of intricate software solutions, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and performance. Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. A proven ability to drive technical innovation and excellence within the team by advocating for best practices, code reviews, and spearheading architectural improvements.
