THE ROLE Due to a continuous healthy project pipeline, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team The role is responsible for ensuring successful execution of programs and projects, fostering a collaborative team environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives ABOUT YOU Bachelor Degree in Building, Engineering, Construction Management or relevant industry qualifications 10 years experience working as a Project Manager within the built environment Experience managing government projects up to the value of $50m with a diverse project background to complement our existing needs Client facing with a proven track record in working well under pressure Sound knowledge of the NSW construction market including sub-contractors and consultants Ability to lead and manage constructions team to achieve agreed outcome KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Setting & driving programs and budgets from inception through to handover Managing client and consultant relationships Supporting construction and subcontractors to perform at their bests whilst ensuring a collaborate team environment at all times Ensuring the best safety practices are in place at all times while exceeding industry standards RCC Difference Diverse project continuity & succession opportunities.
