This company is a well regarded tier one builder who is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their team for a $250 million multi story, Build to Rent development. With an innovative, forward thinking approach they offer an attractive opportunity for a high performing senior performer to come on board and join a professional environment. As Senior Project Manager you will work across the project with approx 25 direct reports. You will take responsibility for the ultimate delivery of the contract works whilst meeting and exceeding client expectations as well as company objectives (Safety, Program and Commercial). You will be supported by a strong management team, a committed site staff and a carefluuly selected group of subcontractors. To suit this role it is expected you have experience as a Senior Project Manager working with recognisable commercial-industrial builders in Melbourne. You will have a strong construction knowledge, the ability to lead a team and have an advanced ability in solving problems on site and achieving a positive outcome for the company and client.
