Job Description The Project AMA (Acciona, MACA, AECOM) has been selected as the preferred bidder for the Ring Road Completion, part of the North East Link Project. This covers design and construction between the M80-Plenty Road interchange and the northern tunnel entrance at Watsonia. Works include three kilometres of new freeway, two kilometres of new freeway upgrades, construction of retaining walls and bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, and urban design and landscaping. This diverse and challenging project will be complete in 2028. The Role The AMA project team is looking for a LinkedSite Manager to take responsibility for the effective onboarding and supporting subcontractors through all phases of the project, including scope onboarding, training, users support and reporting. Required Skills and Competencies Manage administrative resources to ensure that all contractual obligations under the subcontracts are loaded and administered through Linked Site and the subcontract is administered in accordance with the conditions and provisions of the agreement Schedule or Rates, Labour or Plant Hire, Lump Sum. Support the project team in effectively managing and maintaining subcontractor and supplier access and utilisation of Linked Site. Support ongoing compliance by subcontractors with all subcontract terms in conjunction with the project team. maintain, review and manage relevant registers i.e register of subcontract users, status, issues rectification and development. Ensure all subcontracts are scanned into the relevant system and ensure documentation is securely stored in accordance with business protocols. Required Competencies Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce, Engineering or similar Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook Minimum Experience: 5 years in a general administration or finance exposure in the Construction Industry High level of stakeholder engagement in a previous role.
