They boast a strong presence with multiple projects and offices spanning the East Coast of Australia Reporting to the Company Directors, the Head of Safety Operations role presents an unique opportunity for an established (or emerging) Safety Leader to develop, shape, promote, and firmly establish an enhanced safety culture, with the unwavering support of the Executive team. Key Responsibilities: Refresh and further develop the organisation's HSE strategy. Develop and lead the implementation of contemporary safety initiatives across all project sites and States. Conduct regular analysis to identify trends and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement. Provide indirect leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities for a national team of OHS Advisors. Assume a pivotal role in incident investigations. Regularly communicate progress and findings to the Executive and Board. Become a trusted advisor to senior Construction and Project Directors Keep abreast of and inform Company Directors of changes to WHS regulations. The Right Fit: When we read your CV, we will be searching for current or transferable safety management experience within the construction industry, appropriate tertiary qualifications (minimum Diploma level) and a valid Drivers Licence.
