Leeton Mill is currently looking for a Site Services (Mechanical Officer) to join the Maintenance team at Leeton Mill. A trade qualification in Fitting is preferred; however, other trade qualified candidates will be considered. As part of the maintenance team, you will oversee a variety of maintenance tasks across the facility, ensuring a safe environment for employees. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and can handle a broad range of maintenance and repair duties and general labour work. In this role, you will be focused on maintaining the physical assets of the site, including buildings, gates, fences, line marking, and other nonproductive assets that affect the physical work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance program as set out by our organisation. The successful candidate will: Have a strong focus on safety and maintaining a clean work environment. Demonstrate organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise. Have experience in delivering high-quality work for various projects. Be reliable and physically fit, with a can-do attitude. Possess good communication skills and be able to follow instructions.
