We are an electrical contractor company based in Cockburn seeking a motivated and organised Casual HR Administrator / Receptionist to join our team on a short-term basis.
This is a varied role supporting HR administration, reception duties and general office operations within a busy electrical contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception and front office support
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Recruitment, onboarding and HR administration
Maintaining employee and training records
General office administration and management support
Assisting with WH& S documentation and compliance
Supporting apprenticeships and training coordination

Previous HR, reception or administration experience preferred
