Seeking a Construction Leader. As a Senior Project Manager, the role of heading up delivery is the main priority here, but your duties go beyond end-to-end delivery to ensure you’re adding additional value to the business, it’s clients and other staff. The organsiation have expectations that as a leader within the business, you’ll take the time to assist in the development and training of the staff below you and have a commitment to adding onto an already strong relationship with the client. What you need. Proven experience in the delivery of commercial, multi-residential or mixed-use development projects ideally over $50mil. Ideally previous exposure working with a developer to achieve project outcomes. Strong commercial acumen and relationship building Local experience highly desirable On offer.
