This is a rare opportunity to join the leadership group, riding the wave of success with a team that is delivering some of the largest and most complex building projects in the State. We are happy to offer domestic relocation assistance if required.Your new colleagues: Our Civil Property and Buildings team are a specialist group renowned for their innovation in civil engineering and cutting-edge delivery methodologies across complex building, land development and infrastructure projects, with offices right across Australia.We operate as a highly autonomous and genuinely national team.The ability to grow and develop as a member of our team are unparalleled in the market.We offer the opportunity to contribute to local and national buildings projects, plus the ability to expand your design skills across other market sectors.The day-to-day: Managing ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with clients;Delivering our current civil engineering projects from inception through to construction in support of technical and commercial standards, and within time constraints and cost budgets;Working in a varied, hands-on role with a leadership angle across design management, superintendency and site surveillance;Delegating and supervising the work of junior engineers, and;Partnering with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.Your profile: Bachelor of Civil Engineering;5 to 8+ years’ industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects, ideally in a consulting environment;Well versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging and scale and sector, e.g. commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions and infrastructure/roads;Strong client relationship management and project management skills;Capacity to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects;Strong leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills;Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC etc.);Proficiency with 12D and Civil 3D (desirable but not essential), and;Drainage software experience knowledge preferred.Inspired by diversity, driven by inclusion: Discover a forward-thinking culture that incorporates some conventional yet non-negotiable qualities—like respect, integrity and trust.
