The Role

Lead drafting for a residential builder with a growing pipeline (80+ homes/year) Prepare, review, and coordinate construction documentation using Archi CAD Liaise with design and construction teams to deliver accurate, compliant plans Mentor junior drafters and guide best practices within the drafting team Contribute to workflow improvement and the company growth strategy

About You

Minimum 4 years of experience in residential drafting (project homes preferred) Proven expertise in Archi CAD (essential) Strong technical knowledge of building codes and construction details Excellent communication, documentation, and workflow management skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities for multiple projects
